7:15 – 8:30pm, Adults Class

Thursdays:
7 – 8:30pm, Adults Class

All levels are welcome. Your First Class is FREE!

If you are joining us for the first time, please be sure to wear clothes you are comfortable moving around in, and bring water (and possibly a towel!). You can try class in either sneakers or bare feet.
